Terms and conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of TicketBook at tickets.webseicho.in (the "Platform"). The Platform is owned and operated by Amit Kumar, sole proprietor of Keshari Group, GSTIN 07KYBPK0321M1ZE, having its registered address at 1st Floor, Plot No. A-53, Kh. No. 39/13 & 39/14, Old Plot No. 16, Rajindra Park, Nangloi, New Delhi, West Delhi, Delhi - 110041 ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, browsing or booking on the Platform you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Definitions

• Attendee / customer: anyone who books a ticket on the Platform.
• Organiser: an individual or business that lists an event and sells tickets through the Platform.
• Event: any show, concert, workshop, seminar, festival or activity listed on the Platform.
• E-ticket: the electronic ticket with a unique QR code issued after a confirmed booking.

2. Our role

The Platform is a ticketing marketplace. Events are planned, managed and delivered by the respective Organiser, who is solely responsible for the event content, venue, timing, safety arrangements, permissions, licences, age limits, entry rules and the quality of the experience. We provide the technology to list events, take bookings, issue e-tickets and manage entry. We are not the organiser of any event unless clearly stated on the event page.

3. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a payment. Minors may attend events only under the supervision of a parent or guardian and as allowed by the Organiser.
• You can book as a guest or with an account. You must give accurate name, email and mobile details; tickets are sent to the email you provide.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity under your account.

4. Bookings

• A booking is confirmed only when payment is successfully received and verified, and an e-ticket with a booking ID is issued to you.
• Tickets are subject to availability. If a booking cannot be confirmed after payment (for example the event sells out at the same moment), the full amount is refunded as per our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
• Ticket quantities per booking may be limited by the Organiser.
• We may refuse or cancel a booking that appears fraudulent, uses incorrect payment references or violates these Terms.

5. Prices, fees and taxes

• Ticket prices are set by the Organiser and shown in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Where applicable, a booking or convenience fee is shown separately before you pay. See Pricing and fees.
• Prices shown include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise on the event page.

6. Payments

• Payments are made through UPI, cards, net banking or other methods offered at checkout, processed by our payment partners or paid directly to the Organiser's UPI account as shown at checkout. We do not store card details, UPI PINs or net banking passwords.
• For direct UPI payments, you must pay the exact amount shown and submit the correct UTR / UPI reference number. The booking is confirmed after the payment is verified. Submitting a false or someone else's reference number is not allowed and leads to cancellation.
• If money is debited but your booking is not confirmed, contact us with the payment reference. Failed or duplicate payments are refunded as per our refund policy.

7. E-tickets and entry

• Each e-ticket has a unique QR code that can be scanned only once. The first scan is treated as valid entry for all persons on that booking.
• Do not share your QR code or ticket link publicly. We are not responsible if someone else uses your QR code before you.
• The Organiser and venue may deny entry for late arrival, intoxication, misconduct, prohibited items, failing age or ID checks, or breaking venue rules. Such cases are not eligible for refund.
• Reselling tickets at a higher price or for commercial purposes is not permitted.

8. Event changes and cancellations

Organisers may change the date, time, venue or line-up of an event. We will try to inform you by email or SMS using the details you provided. If an event is cancelled or significantly changed, refunds are handled as per our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

9. Your obligations

You agree not to: use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; book tickets using automated tools; interfere with the Platform's security; upload false, offensive or infringing content; or misuse other people's personal data.

10. Organisers

Organisers must also follow our Organiser Terms, which form part of these Terms.

11. Intellectual property

The Platform's design, software, logos and content are owned by us or our licensors. Event names, images and descriptions belong to the respective Organisers. You may not copy, modify or reuse Platform content without written permission.

12. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not responsible for the conduct of Organisers, venues or other attendees, or for any injury, loss or damage at an event. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the amount you paid to us for that booking.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses or costs arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, Delhi. We encourage you to first contact our support team so we can try to resolve the issue quickly.

We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within 15 days.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform means you accept the updated Terms.
