Organiser terms

Last updated: 06 October 2026

These Organiser Terms apply to anyone who lists an event or sells tickets on TicketBook, operated by Amit Kumar (Keshari Group). They are in addition to our general Terms and Conditions.

1. Account and verification

  • You must provide accurate business and contact details, PAN, bank account details, UPI ID and GSTIN (where applicable). We may ask for more documents to verify you.
  • Your account and events go live only after approval. We may refuse, suspend or close an account at our discretion, especially in case of fraud, complaints or policy violations.

2. Event listings

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of event details: title, date, time, venue, pricing, age limits and terms.
  • You must hold all permissions, licences, venue bookings and rights (including music and performance rights) needed to run the event.
  • Prohibited events include anything illegal, events promoting hate or violence, gambling, adult content, sale of weapons, drugs or other restricted goods, and misleading or fake events.
  • We may review, edit for format, reject or remove any listing.

3. Pricing and commission

  • You set ticket prices. The platform commission is as shown on Pricing and fees or as agreed with you in writing. Commission is exclusive of GST.
  • You are responsible for GST and any other taxes applicable on your ticket sales.

4. Payments and payouts

  • Direct UPI mode: customers pay into your UPI ID. You must verify each payment in your dashboard against your bank or UPI statement, normally within 2 hours during 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM and always before the event. You must not approve payments that you have not received.
  • Commission on direct UPI bookings is payable to us within 7 days of our invoice. If unpaid commission exceeds the limit set by us, new paid bookings for your events may be paused until it is cleared.
  • Payment gateway mode: your share is settled to your linked bank account as per the gateway's settlement cycle, after deducting the commission.

5. Cancellations and refunds

  • If you cancel an event, you must inform us immediately and refund all attendees in full as per our Refund and Cancellation Policy within 7 working days.
  • For postponed or materially changed events, you must honour refund requests made within 7 days of the announcement.
  • Chargebacks, disputes and refunds arising from your event are your responsibility. We may recover such amounts from future payouts or by invoice.

6. Entry and attendee data

  • You must scan and honour valid e-tickets issued by the Platform. Each QR code is valid for a single entry.
  • Attendee data shared with you may be used only to manage that event and communicate about it. You must not sell it or use it for unrelated marketing without consent.

7. Liability and indemnity

You are solely responsible for the event, the venue, attendee safety and all claims arising from the event. You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, penalties or costs arising from your events or your breach of these terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
