How the commission works
The commission is deducted from the ticket amount. Customers pay only the ticket price, with no extra booking fee.

Commission is exclusive of GST. GST at the applicable rate is charged on the commission and shown on our invoice. Custom commission rates are available for large or recurring events. Contact us.
Payouts
- Direct UPI: customers pay straight into the organiser's UPI-linked bank account. The organiser verifies each payment in their dashboard, and the commission is settled with us periodically.
- Payment gateway: where enabled, the organiser's share is transferred to their bank account as per the payment gateway's settlement cycle, and the commission is retained by us.
For customers
Ticket prices are set by the organiser. Any booking fee is always shown before you pay. There are no hidden charges.
